All Your Love is Wasted Bon Iver “For Emma, Forever Ago” I have read several articles lately on musicians that have ‘locked themselves away’ so to speak for some musical inspiration. Bon Iver was no exception. Have you listened to For Emma, Forever Ago? Locking himself away in his father’s cabin in North Carolina, could have just been the best thing to happen to him. Coping with breakups of his romances, he made the most spectacular album. Who knew that heartbreak could become something so beautiful. His falsetto and smooth tones won me over immediately. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Although there are many bands that I love, and albums I love as well, I have had a recent realization that probably, For Emma, Forever Ago is among my maybe, top 3 FAVORITE albums ever! what i love : flume, lump sum, skinny love <3, the wolves, blindsided, creature fear, team, for emma, re:stacks…. it is literally the whole album. it makes me feel good, gives me the warm fuzzies in my stomach, puts me at ease, puts me to sleep. if only one day i could experience it live.. here’s hoping

I have been under a little..ok well quite a bit of stress these past few weeks, but this week especially it has crept up on me and is definitely taking its toll. As of right now, my life kind of feels like a GIANT question mark. So, what better way to take a moment and forget about my stresses than a little bit of music therapy.
